Healthcare Acquisitions | Nationwide
Belcz Group seeks to acquire established home care and home health agencies across the United States, with a focus on retaining employees, maintaining operations and supporting continuity of care.
An introductory conversation carries no obligation to sell.

A separate acquisition focus
Existing payer relationships, employees and infrastructure are central to our evaluation. Licenses, provider numbers and payer contracts do not automatically transfer after a sale. Required approvals and change-of-ownership requirements are evaluated during diligence.
Our approach
We are interested in buying and continuing the business. We value its employees, relationships and operating knowledge.
Retaining the team and supporting continuity are important acquisition objectives. We evaluate the owner's responsibilities and the leadership needed after closing, and discuss an orderly handoff and appropriate transition support.
Staffing, benefits, the business name and payer arrangements are evaluated during the process. They are not guaranteed to remain unchanged.
Your agency does not need to be publicly listed for sale, and you do not need to be ready to sell immediately.
Special situations
Ownership disputes, financial challenges or court proceedings can create uncertainty for an otherwise viable agency. We welcome confidential inquiries from owners, attorneys, court-appointed receivers, trustees and other authorized representatives regarding a potential acquisition.
Each opportunity is evaluated individually, including operations, liabilities, payer relationships, seller authority and required approvals.
Belcz Group is a prospective acquirer, not a court-appointed representative or legal or restructuring advisor. A sale does not automatically eliminate liabilities, release personal guarantees or settle litigation.
