Information we collect
We collect the contact and business information you provide when inquiring about real estate or a healthcare agency acquisition. Property inquiries may include documents you choose to upload. Healthcare inquiries collect business-level information only and do not accept document uploads. We also record submission dates, the inquiry source and campaign information included in the page address.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate a potential acquisition and manage follow-up. Contact acknowledgment permits communication about your inquiry, not automated seller outreach or marketing enrollment. Submitted business details are not sent as analytics events.
Access and handling
Inquiry information is stored using Lovable Cloud and is accessible to explicitly authorized admins. Service providers supporting hosting, storage and email may process information to operate these services. Healthcare email alerts do not include submitted business details or sensitive legal-situation information. Inquiries are handled discreetly, but no online system or confidentiality arrangement provides an absolute guarantee.
Sensitive information
Do not submit patient names, medical records, Social Security numbers, privileged legal communications or sensitive case documents through the healthcare form. Detailed materials can be reviewed after an NDA if both sides wish to proceed. This website does not claim HIPAA compliance.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained for acquisition evaluation, follow-up and applicable recordkeeping needs. To request access, correction or deletion, contact MB@belczgroup.com. Requests are reviewed subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
